Nodding, Ezekiel smiled, “It’s okay, I knew you just needed time.” Leaning forward, he sighed and closed his eyes as their noses nuzzled together. To hear those words soothed his spirit and he could feel his heart floating now. Snuggling closer to William, he whispered, “Of course that’s okay, I love hearing you say it. I love you. A lot, so,” He giggled, “I want to hear it whenever you feel like saying it.”
William chuckled at the tickling sensation of their noses brushing against each other. He held him close to him, close to his heart. It was a strange day, with unexpected outcomes, but it was sweet, and he’d exposed much to himself, and to his lover.
“Good, because here I go. I love you,” he whispered, kissing his eyes, his forehead, his nose, his cheeks, “I love you, I love you, I love you.”
And this time, he can really say he’d won.
William swayed when he was nudged, smiling with a little humph, brows raising at the attention he was given. The puppy like attention. It was sweet. As if the the puppy new his master was saddened, or at least not acting differently than normal. But it was a nice feeling know he was there for him if he didn’t to talk, to express himself openly. Possibly Ezekiel was the only person he can express himself to, but about half of what was bothering him was about him as well, and some he wasn’t ready to discuss as of yet. There were still a few things in his life he needed to sort out himself. Those few things he had been avoiding, but if he wanted this relationship, if he wanted to be committed, fully committed, he would have dig deep and pull out unwanted feelings and moments he wanted to forget in his life. Only, he didn’t know where to begin.
Chuckling at his talk, and giving into the playful kiss, he pulled away, eyes casting as he took one of Ezekiel’s hand into his, outlining the lines with his pointer. He might as well just say it, strangely enough, those butterflies didn’t flutter, but a warmness began to rise within his heart, to his cheeks. And although he hadn’t one, he decided to give in anyway, his eyes settling over his face, that face he spotted in the bookstore(who knew they would be here now), and say the words he avoided for a very long time.
“I love you precious. Very much.”
It was odd how they had started out flirting in a store and ended up like this. Together, naked on a floor, bodies hot and meant for each other, wasted by the love they shared. Ezekiel had never experienced a relationship like this, and he was young, so very young. His heart was mixed up, he was free and curious, but still very loyal. In a sense. William had opened up his heart, had exposed him to the parts of himself he was unsure of. He guided Ezekiel and kept him close, the younger artist felt nothing but love and adoration towards William.
He would always be there for him to talk to and he would always give him his words, his kisses, whatever he needed. Smiling softly, Ezekiel’s brows raised once his hand was taken and touched. He wondered if something was wrong, before he felt those crystal blue eyes settle on this face.
And then those words…those sweet…heavy words.
Ezekiel exhaled and his eyes widened, his lips stretched into a smile and he whispered, “You…you really…love…William,” He said his name desperately and happily. Grinning he surged forward and kissed him hotly on the mouth. “William,” He chanted his name a few times before finally saying, “I love you, too.”
The smile he held grew, brows raising as the ‘puppy’ practically jumped on him, smothering him with joyful, hot kisses. Chuckling against his lips, he returning them just as sweetly, caressing his cheeks as he held him. The heavy weight over the said words was gone, and his heart felt almost feather like.
And it was nice hearing it said back to him.
He didn’t want to end the sweetness, the kiss that felt like a thank you, a thank you for saying those words, but he did, but only to say,” I’m sorry I didn’t say it sooner. But now I’m going to say it, with every chance I get,” he smiled,” Is that okay?”
